Ninja Beginner (Ages 5+)


This class serves as an ideal beginning for those who aspire to become future ninjas! Ninja Beginner introduces athletes ages 5+ to the fundamentals of agility, grip strength, balance, and obstacle skills in a safe, high-energy environment. This class focuses on confidence, coordination, and fun while mastering the basics.


Skills they’ll work on:


Warped Wall


  • 8-foot warped wall completion

  • Climb & descend rope

  • Two-hand 10-foot grab

 Grip Strength


  • 60-second dead hang

 Upper Body Strength


  • 1 pull-up

  • 15-second chin hold

  • 2 dips with feet on blocks

  • 5 correct push-ups

 Core Strength


  • 10 tuck-ups

  • 10 arch-ups

 Swinging Skills


  • Create small swings from dead hang

 Balance Skills


  • Complete 2 consecutive beam-to-steps

  • Finish balance course

 Lache Skills


  • 5-foot ladder with trapeze bars

Ninja Beginner builds the foundation for strength, agility, and balance while keeping classes fun, fast-paced, and challenging—perfect for kids who love to climb, jump, and conquer obstacles!

Ninja Beginner (Ages 8+)


This class is designed for ninjas aged 8+ who are prepared to jump, climb, and swing into action! This class introduces the fundamentals of strength, agility, and obstacle mastery, with skills scaled to challenge older beginners. Athletes will focus on technique, control, and building the power to tackle bigger courses.

Ninja Beginner (8+) is designed to push older athletes to refine their technique, build strength, and gain confidence on every obstacle—while keeping the energy high and the fun nonstop!

Ninja Intermediate (Ages 9+)


This class is ideal for ninjas who are eager to enhance their strength, endurance, and mastery of obstacles. This class is designed for athletes who have strong foundational skills and are prepared to take on more advanced Ninja Warrior–style challenges. Athletes will focus on grip endurance, upper-body power, core control, and efficient obstacle transitions while learning to move confidently through complex courses.

90-second dead hang
60-second dead hang on cliffhanger


 Upper Body Strength

20 tuck-ups
20 arch-ups
5 toes-to-bar


Swinging & Transition Skills
Multiple offset bar transitions

Ninja Intermediate (9+) challenges athletes to build serious strength, improve obstacle flow, and develop the mental toughness needed for higher-level ninja courses—all while keeping the class fun, motivating, and high-energy.
