Mighty Mights (Invite-Only)
Mighty Mights is an invite-only developmental class designed for our preschool-age gymnasts (ages 4–5) who have successfully completed Mini Squirts and demonstrated the strength, focus, and foundational skills needed to begin the transition toward our Team Gymnastics pathway.
Placement into Mighty Mights is by coach evaluation only. This class is ideal for young athletes who are showing readiness for increased structure, longer training time, and progressive skill development leading into Pre-Team.
This class meets once per week for 1.5 hours, allowing gymnasts extended time to build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Skills they’ll work on:

• Handstand flat-back or snap-down to stacked mats
• Straight jump or tuck jump drills
• Introductory front handspring progressions over soft surfaces -

• Pullovers with control
• Squat-on drills
• Glide swing development

Mighty Mights focuses on building strong fundamentals, body awareness, listening skills, and confidence—setting young gymnasts up for success as they prepare to move into
Pre-Team and future competitive training, all while keeping classes positive, structured, and fun.
Pre-Team (Invite-Only)
Pre-Team is an invite-only training program for motivated gymnasts ages 6–8 who have demonstrated strong foundational skills, focus, and the desire to move into competitive gymnastics. Placement is determined through a coach evaluation, ensuring each athlete is developmentally and technically ready for the commitment and progression of team training.
This level bridges recreational gymnastics and competitive teams by emphasizing proper technique, strength development, discipline, and consistency across all events. Athletes in Pre-Team train with increased structure and expectations while still maintaining a positive, encouraging environment.

Pre-Team builds the strength, confidence, and technical foundation needed for successful entry into our
Competitive Team Program. Athletes learn focus, perseverance, and goal-setting while developing the skills required for long-term success in gymnastics.
Bronze Team (Tryout-Only | USAG Competitive)
Bronze Team is the first competitive level in our USAG Women’s Gymnastics program. Placement on the Bronze Team is by tryout only and is designed for gymnasts who have demonstrated the strength, focus, and technical foundation needed to begin competing.
Ages may vary at this level, as placement is based on skill readiness, coach evaluation, and developmental maturity, rather than age alone. The Bronze Team introduces athletes to the expectations of competitive gymnastics, including consistent training, proper technique, routines, and performance standards.
Skills they’ll work on:
- Vault
• Handstand flat-back off trampoline board
• Cartwheel from knee step-in to C-shape landing
• Handstand on vault or mat with rebound to handstand (3x) to straight jump - Bars
• Pull-over cast with straight body and hips off the bar
• Back hip circle
• Sole circle dismount (pike or straddle) - Beam
• Handstand and side handstand
• Heel snap turn
• Split jump to 45° - Floor
• Handstand hitting vertical to correct lunge
• Round-off to flat back on three 8” mats
• Bridge kickover or back handspring down cheese mat
The Bronze Team focuses on building strong basics, confidence under pressure, and an understanding of competitive structure. Athletes learn meet preparation, discipline, and consistency while developing the foundation needed to progress through the USAG competitive levels in a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.
Silver Team (Tryout-Only | USAG Competitive)
Silver Team is the next step in our USAG Competitive Program, designed for gymnasts who have successfully demonstrated readiness to advance beyond Bronze. Placement on the Silver Team is by tryout only and is based on skill mastery, strength, consistency, and coach evaluation.
Ages may vary at this level, as progression is determined by technical ability and competitive preparedness, not age alone. Silver Team athletes train with increased expectations, focusing on stronger power, cleaner execution, and connecting skills across all events.

Silver Team emphasizes power, connection, and consistency while continuing to build competitive confidence. Athletes refine technique, increase difficulty, and learn to perform skills under pressure—preparing them for continued advancement through the USAG competitive levels.
Gold Team (Tryout-Only | USAG Competitive)
Gold Team is an advanced level within our USAG Competitive Program, designed for gymnasts who have demonstrated the strength, consistency, and technical mastery required to perform higher-level skills and combinations. Placement on the Gold Team is by tryout only and is determined through coach evaluation, skill readiness, and competitive maturity.
Ages may vary at this level, as advancement is based on ability, confidence, and performance quality, not age alone. Gold athletes train with increased intensity and expectations, focusing on power, flight skills, and execution across all events.

Platinum Team (Tryout-Only | USAG Competitive)
Platinum Team is an advanced level within our USAG Competitive Program, designed for gymnasts who have demonstrated exceptional strength, technique, and consistency across all events. Placement on the Platinum Team is by tryout only and is based on skill mastery, execution quality, and competitive readiness.
Ages may vary at this level, as advancement is determined by ability, confidence, and long-term athlete development, not age alone. Platinum athletes train with high expectations, focusing on power, flight, advanced connections, and precise execution.
